Couple Roster

Couple Roster

George & Miruna — private shared space

Who are you on this phone?

Stored only on this device

Car clash = the car leaves this long before check-in / AD start and is home this long after check-out / AD end. HSBY & days off don't use the car. Saved with your roster so both phones use the same value.

Danger zone — clears the synced roster. By default only your own roster; the other phone drops its copy too. A backup is kept so you can Undo.

Rosters sync automatically when both phones use the couple password. Pull on Together refreshes the other person’s duties.

Export to Google Calendar

Simplified titles: Check-in, FR3554 PFO→GDN, Check-out. Times are UTC (Z). Events keep stable IDs, so importing an updated file replaces them instead of duplicating.

Tip: In Google Calendar create George Roster (set colour to blue #1E66F5) and Miruna Roster (pink #ec4899), then import each person’s .ics into that calendar. Google ignores colours inside .ics — the calendar colour you set is what you’ll see. Apple Calendar may pick up X-APPLE-CALENDAR-COLOR from the file.

How to import

  1. On a computer: calendar.google.com → Settings → Add calendar → Create new calendar. Create George Roster and set its colour to blue (#1E66F5). Create Miruna Roster and set it to pink (#ec4899).
  2. Settings → Import & export → import george-roster.ics into George Roster, then miruna-roster.ics into Miruna Roster.
  3. The Google Calendar phone app cannot import .ics — use Share and open on a computer, or Mail/Files.

Clear roster entries (choose whose in Setup — default: only your own). A backup is kept so you can Undo.
